We were offered an immaculately clean and modest room with 2 king beds and with soaps, as for instance. The food was cheap - lots of options. The hotel's location was particularly good, not far from KL Central train station, Chinatown, and the new shopping mall and restaurants and local eateries.

I recently stayed at Metro Hotel in KL Sentral for my trip in Kuala Lumpur. The hotel's location is a major advantage, as it is within walking distance of KL Sentral station, making it easy to access transportation to explore the city. As a vegetarian, I was delighted to find numerous Indian restaurants nearby that catered to my dietary preferences. The staff at the hotel were friendly and the facilities were well-maintained, especially the clean bathroom. I also appreciated the convenience of having multiple public transport options nearby, such as buses, monorail, and KTM. I would rate my experience at Metro Hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

The hotel was PERFECT with modest and comfortable rooms. The setting was fantastic here and the staff were really kind and nice people at the reception desk. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Tar Boosh that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The staff were polite and helpful, arranging for a refrigerator and extra pillows. The bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. The room and toilet were clean. The location was central with food and amenities nearby. a value for money stay.
